Maintain Global option

in which decimal entry have to radio automatic or manual. It is optional for you to select automatic or manual decimal digit and also give in number box
Hide General ledger Account: in which hide same account for security purpose like Account Receivable, payable and payroll in check or un check box
Other options: in which have some warring without save, hide inactive record, and recalculate

General:

Improve performance in which check total print length and report header. And also give option to hide inventory
Line items Entry display in which there are two radio line 1 and 2
Color Scheme in which there are change the color of display
Peachtree partner

In which have security for partner allow or not allow and same program are run with and with out  Peachtree



Spelling

In which there are two option box check spelling as you type and other when you close then ask

Assemblies
In which we select the items to build it from in hand quantity not exceed the limits
Fist go to task bar  

 Then select assemblies

In which select the items ID then name automatic appear then select date and reference no
Quantity on hand means the quantity which you have ready to build  
Quantity to build means in which build the quantity and not  exceed the limit of Quantity on hand if you done it then you save it will give error you must select

New quantity after  quantity  adding new quantity required to build with quantity on hand

Sales Return

In which receive the good from the customer in return sale
First step select  task in which select credit memo

Then select credit memo

First select customer id



 In which select date and credit no then select apply to invoice no

Select return and unit price  save it

Quotation and Sales Order
First select the Manu bar task in which quotation and sale order

In which there are two optional quotation and sale order first select quotation click on it

Then select the vender id which we want to purchase it to give order then select quote no , Quantity ,items description and per unit price and save it  After close the window then select sale order in task bat

Select it


In which select the vender id to purchase them then click on so no, Quantity, items unit price in last save it
Vendor Credit Memo

In Peachtree software the existing company select it . From the Manu bar select task bar and click on vender credit memo
  
When click on it

This screen will appear it is for return good to vender select vender ID and credit number


This screen will appear then select apply to invoice no which is located in this purchase items return for it then enter return number last step save it

how to save purchase order


How to save purchase order
Purchase order
In purchase order in which we write a document need for thing and give the quotation to different supplier  in which we write vender ID , date, purchase order no., quantity,items,unit
First in Peachtree software we select task bar click on it

2 Then click on purchase order

This box will appear

3. select vender id which the thing purchase from it. Click on search button select the vender if available then select other wise draw new vender
4. Enter date and good thru field
5. enter purchase order number
6 select account payable which is already enter in chart of account
7. enter quantity, items, unit which is need for it
And last step save it




Purchase receive order
in which we receive actual data enter it which is from different suppler in details
click on purchase receive order  which is located in task bar

In which we select first vender which is receive from it then enter invoice number
Select the purchase order number which is located in purchase order
And last step to receive Quantity

Maintain inventory items
When we sell or buy the inventory   we records the inventory items in maintain inventory item click on maintain and move the mouse to inventory items

Click on inventory item this screen will appear


Header field
In which there  are option  close, save, delete and new .
Items ID in which write ID of new inventory
Descriptions  small description of inventory write  it
Items class in which write what type of inventory
General tabs
Description in which there are two option For sell and purchase
Price level  in which set price level which we want
Last unit cost in which write last unit price
GL sale Account in which write revenue  account ID number which is write in chart of account
GL Inventory Account in which write Inventory account  ID number which is write in chart of account
GL cost of sale Account  in which write cost of sale  ID number which is write in chart of account
Unit  in which write inventory unit

In which write more customer information

Maintain Vender Account
In maintain vender account we use perpetual system in which not use purchase name use only inventory like purchase new thing this entry is inventory to cash/ account payable
First step click on maintain bar and then  click vender

Maintain vender box are open

In which there are some header field and tabs. In header field we use close ,save, delete, new, event and help. Vender id  enter new id and name

In tab there are four tab
General
Purchase
Customer Field
History
General tabs
In General tab we are enter account number, address, city, and country



Purchase defaults
In purchase defaults we enter purchase account  which is already add in maintain chart of account the name is inventory


Customs fields
We enter customer more detail we are also change information in defaults   formation vendor



Defaults information of vender
Click maintain bar  then in bar show  defaults information



Click on vendor



There are four tabs

·         Payment Term
·         Account Aging
·         Customs Fields
·         1099 Setting

Payment terms
In standard term there are five radio box
C.O.D mean cash on delivery
Prepaid  in which we paid in advance payment
Due in number of day in which what date we paid amount  of vender in which have number of day , discount day and discount %  last in credit limit


Due on day of next month if this radio is select mean payment on next month in right side we enter day, discount% and discount day



Due at end of month mean last day of month when we paid them in right side we only enter discount day and %


Purchase account we enter inventory id which is already add in maintain chart of account and discount GL account

Account Aging

Account Aging Select this tab to set up how invoices are aged and what aging brackets will be used for Accounts Payable.
·         Invoice day
·         Due day
Invoice Date, this will show how old each vendor invoice is, including the age of any balances.
Due Date, this will show how overdue each vendor invoice is. Many people choose to age customers by Invoice Date and vendors by Due Date.

Defaults information  system
First we click the maintain then menu are open in which sub menu default information.and move mouse  on  customer
  
Click it This screen will open

In which there are five tab information about customers
 Payment terms,
Account aging, 
Customer fields,
Financing charges,

Payment terms
Standard terms in which
C.O.D  cash on delivery  not discount
Prepaid  in which there are receive advance payment from customer   
Due in number of day
in which select the number of day return money show on right side in net due in box day and discount  in day and discount % in last box credit limit in which limit of mony which is not exceed



Due on day of next month
last day on next month   customer payment due in right side net due day, discount day, discount % show and last credit limit
  

The next radio is due at end of month mean the customer submitted payment in which discount day and discount % given
GL sale account  and Discount GL account
 In which give  sale number which already add in  maintain chart account



Account Aging
Receive money from customer in 2 date due or invoice  if you select due radio it mean you select money on due date is describe day in next columns
In columns there are 4 column day and handing  if the costumer give payment in first 30 day enter in 1st  columns the other are same as increase day enter in 2nd ,3rd ,4th , columns


Customer field
In which we are enter extra data about information in which there are five box four are open use for it



Finance charges
In finance charges if I select it mean the customer pay charges on it.  Interest on compound interest   and it go to finance charge





The above show picture if you select the finance charges then in this box you enter invoice number
Day overdue, annual interest rate, on balance above and last is minimum finance charges
Charge finance on interest


We click on box and enter GL account finance which is add in maintain account



 This line appear on finance charges which is late on it this statement is change and write every charges
